All reservations require a credit card to guarantee. No charge will be made at the point of reservation to the card unless used in conjunction with an advance purchase rate.
Arrival & Departure:
Check-in time from 14:00 hours
Check-out time by 12:00 hours
In order to avoid a one night cancellation charge a reservation must be cancelled by 2pm, London time, 24 hours prior to arrival, other Terms and Conditions may apply to promotional rates and require full non-refundable prepayment.
Cots are provided free of charge for children up to the age of two years. Extra beds are provided for children up to the age of 16 years at an additional cost of £35 + VAT per night.
Some pets are permitted in the room; please inform the hotel at reservations stage. Pets are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.
Smoking is permitted in a limited number of bedrooms. Please inform the hotel of your preference at the time of booking. Smoking is not permitted in any other area of the hotel in accordance with legislation that came into effect on 1st July 2007.
